Most people don’t realize that much of the fish sold as “fresh” has been previously frozen and handled by multiple distributors before it ever reaches their hands. I take a different approach. My halibut comes directly from our local waters to you, handled with care and delivered at peak quality. No unnecessary middlemen, no compromise.
