Full-Day Game Fish Trip
Trip duration: 6-8 hours - $215/person, must pay for a minimum of 3 people, 4 people maximum. Salmon trips need to be scheduled by phone (831) 588-5161 and due to extremely limited fishing opportunities, in 2025 these trips are $300 per person and you must pay for 4 people.
Target Species: Salmon, Halibut, Lingcod, or White Sea Bass (Captain’s discretion depending on bite)
We are chasing the top game fish in the area on this trip. The Captain will primarily target one, or more of these species with a back-up plan being rockfish. If you are an experienced angler looking for something other than rockfish…this is your trip. Not recommended for children or first time anglers.
Full-Day Marine Mammal Tour
Trip duration: 6 hours - $180/person, must pay for a minimum of 3 people, 5 people maximum.
Photography and Sight Seeing - No fishing
Leave the rods and reels at the dock, and grab your photography gear instead! This Marine Mammal Tour may include viewing opportunities of the following: Various Whale species, Sea Otters, Various Dolphin species, Various Seal species, Sea Lions, Sea Birds, and more! The Monterey Bay is full of life, come spend a relaxing day taking it all in. This trip is family friendly and suitable for all ages. Though there maybe long distances the boat has to travel to find these beautiful creatures, the journey is generally a gentle cruise along the way.
Full-Day Rockfish Trip
Trip duration: 6-8 hours - $200/person, must pay for a minimum of 3 people, 4 people maximum.
Target species: A wide variety of rockfish will be targeted with an assortment of tackle. There is potential for a bonus lingcod or two on this trip as they are in the same areas the rockfish are. This is the best trip for kids and first time anglers as the bites can be frequent and sometimes come up two at a time. If you are a fan of fish tacos, this is your trip…rockfish are delicious!
Full-Day Crab and Dab Trip
Trip Duration: 6-8 hours - $220/person, must pay for a minimum of 3 people, 4 people maximum.
Target species: Dungeness Crab, Rock Crab, and Pacific Sanddab
These trips are a winter staple of fishing opportunity in The Monterey Bay. With most species of fish out-of-season, we shift our focus to the delectable Dungeness Crab and the succulent Sanddab. With commercial fishing for crab often closed, we can still get your holiday crab on the table! In between pulling the pots, we can target sanddab and a few other bottom dwelling flatfish species.
Full-Day Bluefin Tuna Trip
Trip duration: 8+ hours - $500/person, must pay for 4 persons, 4 persons maximum.
Target species: Bluefin Tuna

This is the grand daddy game fish in our waters. Approaching 300 lbs. at times, they can break your will. Do you have what it takes to break theirs? This trip is off-shore in blue water, and is only for the seasoned angler or the angler looking for a truly hard-core fishing experience. Children under 16 are not recommended for this trip. These trips typically start in September and run through November. You will be placed on a call list to reserve you place in line to book this trip. You will need to make a deposit for the call list, which is fully refundable if we are not able to book your trip. We start calling people for bookings when the tuna are within range.
Sunset Pleasure Cruise
Trip Duration: 2-3 hours - $400 flat rate, up to 5 people.
This is a non-fishing pleasure cruise along the Santa Cruz County coastline. We will take a slow leisurely boat ride while you relax, take in the scenery and enjoy the beverages of your choice. We will depart when the winds die down (usually around 6 pm), and stay out until the sun sets. A perfect way to end the day and enjoy a unique perspective of our beautiful town.
